Safety is our first priority

Clean & Polish Building Solutions’ S³ Program facilitates your OSHA compliance needs from start to finish. We do it all for YOU. With an annual window cleaning contract, you not only get the quality workmanship from our cleaning crew, but we also provide a dedicated safety team to manage your building’s OSHA requirements for accessing your façade. If you are a new customer, we make this a seamless transition, and our Director of Safety will reach out to you.

  • We have alliances with several highly qualified Professional Engineering firms that perform all OSHA required Annual Inspections, Load Tests, Contractor Use Plans, Installations and more.
  • We review with our clients any discrepancies in the completed Annual Inspection or Load Test Report and provide consultation on any additional requirements if necessary.
  • Upon request, we can provide training certificates for our technicians in: Rope Descent System (RDS), Aerial Boom Lift, Swing Stage Scaffold, SPRAT/Rope Access
  • We create a site-specific Safety Operation Plan based on your unique anchor system. The plan is written and distributed to our technicians to follow.
  • Between your building management team and our dedicated S³ Program team, reminders and schedules are set, ensuring your anchor inspections are up to date and do not expire.
  • We gather, consolidate, and update all required OSHA Annual Inspections, Load Tests, and Contractor Use Plans into your personal online Portal for quick and easy access.
  • We provide the required Building Owner written assurances to contractors as it pertains to anchor use, limitations, and location.
  • We conduct Daily Tool-Box Meetings with our crews before work begins to review field safety and perform equipment inspections. This provides additional client protection throughout the duration of the project.
  • Our Field Safety/Operation Managers perform daily safety and compliance inspections of our crews.
  • Our President, an OSHA Authorized General Industry Trainer, and our Director of Safety provide “Basics in Fall Protection for Building Engineers” training to your building management team. This training is tailored to each of your building’s unique anchor systems.
