We provide a perfect substitute for, or compliemnt to, more expensive building materials. Our mission is to lead our industry in protecting the environment by continuing to learn and share our knowledge of all sustainable initiatives.
For renovators: Lightweight DI-NOC architectural finishes can be applied in situ to the existing substrate, reducing labor and ,aerial cost compared to natural materials. With DI-NOC products, you create a whole new look, quickly and inexpensively. But not at the expense of aesthetics, thanks to its uncanny resemblance to natural materials.
For new construction: Perhaps you prefer the authenticity of real wood, metal or stone. Use them for select areas. Specify DI-NOC architectural finishes everywhere else. You'll get cost savings, speed of application, durability and still maintain the aesthetic look you desire.
Restoration and Repair
Even the durability of brick, marble and limestone
may not always stand the test of time or of continual
wear and tear. Deterioration and water run-off
may cause brick and stone to crack or spall, requiring
repair or replacement.
Clean & Polish has 20 years of experience cleaning
and restoring glass.
A proactive approach to maintaining your metal
by regular maintenance is what we suggest, however,
if you have let your metal go too long without
preventive steps Clean & Polish will restore you
metal to its original luster.
One of the easiest ways to help maintain the exterior
of a fašade is to keep water, wind and rain from
infiltrating the building. Caulking achieves this
goal by keeping joints sealed. These joints must
be sealed tightly enough to shut out air and water,
but remain flexible enough to expand and contract.
Caulking that is completed professionally and
carefully will ensure that a building makes efficient
use of energy.
coating and Sealing
Waterproofing requires the application of a coating
which acts as a barrier to moisture. If improperly
applied, waterproof coating can cause condensation
on the inside of walls, ground moisture, or leaks
from other sources that can become trapped inside
walls. This moisture can then freeze, causing
the masonry to spall or crack. When applied correctly,
waterproofing will keep a foundation dry and protected
