Scott Gould, CEO

Mr. Gould is the founder and CEO of Clean & Polish. Working with his management team, Mr. Gould oversees the daily operations of the company. He meets with the Sales and Marketing team members to discuss our overall marketing approach, sales goals and results. He schedules all services, usually 2 weeks in advance, by contacting the appropriate job site personnel. When customers call with urgent requests, he consults with our Director of Operations as to the availability of team members, and always finds a way to satisfy our customer's needs. He communicates with the Director of Operations throughout the day for job status updates and all related operational issues. He regularly consults with structural engineering firms to assist building owners with Rooftop Anchorage Systems in relationship to OSHA and ANSI compliance. Mr. Gould served on the Board of Directors with the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA), as well as the Safety Committee for the International Window Cleaning Association. Mr. Gould has a BS in International Affairs from the University of South Florida, and a graduate degree in International Economics from American University.


Lawrence D. Green, President

After obtaining his degree in Business Administration, Mr. Green's career background varied from being a chemical consultant to General Manager and Vice-President of Rodney Square Engineering, before he founded Certified Building Services in 1993. After merging his company with Clean & Polish, Inc., he now serves as our company's President and works on our company's safety compliance program, business plan, insurance, corporate purchasing, agreements and contracts plus policies and procedures.

Mr. Green recently finished his term as President of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA). His election as President of IWCA came about after finishing over ten years as a member of the board, (nine years of which, he served on the Executive Committee). In February 2006, he was the recognized with the industry's highest honor; the prestigious "Ettore Award". During his tenure on the Board of Directors, he developed Regional Safety Training Seminars throughout the United States. These seminars allow small and large companies alike in the industry to send their personnel for a weekend of training relating to the ANSI I14.1 Safety Standards, that the IWCA endorsed. In addition, his legacy will be credited for the development of the "Certified Building Maintenance Safety Executive" (CBMSE) Program. This program was designed to assist industry executives in the building maintenance industry to be recognize as experts in their industry. This designation can only be earned, by one who has not only taken their industry certification exam, but obtaining accreditation and certification from various other safety related programs.

In addition, Mr. Green had served our industry for six (6) years as Chairman of the Secretarial Procedure Review Board (SPRB) of the new ANSI-I14.1 Safety Standard. Even though Mr. Green regularly consults with structural engineering firms and architects to assist owners with their roof anchor requirements, he also is recognized for his certification with the SIA (Scaffold Industry Association) and in the "Principles of Elevated Fall Protection". He also has attended more IWCA Safety Seminars than any other individual in the IWCA. Mr. Green also serves on a number of community boards two of which are the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (MS) and the other is the United States JCI Senate. In addition he is an advisor to United States Senator Tom Carper, as a member of his Roundtable Committee.
